Bundled with the hardware is the MessageStudio software, which enables users to easily create their own custom on-hold audio right from the desktop of any Windows-based PC, then digitally transfer the audio to the player-recorder for continuous playback.

If you wish to play any music you like Netcom Solutions can accommodate this by supplying you a digital version of any music you wish.  Netcom can also arrange the performing rights payments as part of the package. 

Everyone differs in their opinion of what makes a good announcement voice.  Therefore, Netcom Solutions provide a range of voices for you to choose from.  The table below illustrates readily available voices, although special request voice-overs can be accommodated.
